RESOLUTIONS

Curb Resolution #1 of 2002 authorizing the installation of curbing for a property owner through the 2001 Road Program. Councilors Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, vote aye, Mayor Carnicelli votes no.  PASSED.

Appointment Resolution #2 of 2002 authorizing appointments to the Historic Sites Commission.  Councilors Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, Mayor Carnicelli, all vote aye. PASSED

Council Resolution #3 of 2002 authorizing a change in the time for regular City Council meetings. Councilor Jacobs made a motion to amend the resolution to have meetings start at 7PM versus 6:00PM as originally presented in resolution #3.  No second to that motion.  Vote on resolution as originally presented:  Councilor Jacobs, No, Councilors McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, Mayor Carnicelli, all vote aye. PASSED

Land Sale Resolution #4 of 2002 authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents required for the sale of 64 Bradford Street, Auburn, New York. Councilors Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, Mayor Carnicelli, all vote aye.  PASSED

Council Resolution #5 of 2002 authorizing the Mayor to make an application for funding through the Certified Local Government Program for a grant in the amount of $14,250.00. ~Councilors Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, Mayor Carnicelli, all vote aye.  PASSED

Councilor Hunter commented on the quality of the video of Council Meetings on Channel 4.  He stated the sound and picture were not adequate.

Councilor Dempsey commented that a constituent had called him to complain that 2002 landfill stickers were not available.
